SPARK

The laser engraving system designed to employ great power in a compact footprint.

ALLIANCE SPARK FIBER LASER ENGRAVING SYSTEM

The Spark is compact and portable making it easier to integrate into production lines or workstations. Which is particularly beneficial for applications requiring mobility or limited space. The smaller size and simpler setup of this system make it easier to use and maintain.

The Spark is also capable of creating highly detailed and intricate marks due to the small focal diameter. This makes the Spark ideal for precision tasks, such as engraving fine details on small components. It can be used in various environments and is suitable for marking on a wide range of materials. It’s versatility makes the Spark a practical choice for diverse applications.

MATERIAL APPLICATION:

Most tool steels including: Beryllium, Aluminum, Gold, Silver, Titanium, etc.

Laser engraving is versatile and can be applied to a wide range of materials like metals, plastics, wood and glass.

BENEFITS OF FIBER LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving utilizes a highly focused beam of light to vaporize materials, allowing for exceptional accuracy and detail. Unlike traditional mechanical tools, which can wear down and affect engraving quality, lasers maintain consistent performance, ensuring that each engraving matches the specified design precisely. This capability is particularly beneficial for creating intricate patterns and designs that require high fidelity.

The automated nature of laser engraving allows for rapid processing of orders. Tasks that would traditionally take weeks can often be completed in just a few hours. This efficiency is due to the absence of manual tool changes and the ability to process multiple items simultaneously, making it ideal for businesses needing quick turnaround times.

Laser engraving can be performed on a wide variety of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, glass, and more. This versatility extends to different thicknesses and shapes, enabling engravings on flat surfaces as well as complex, uneven, or rounded objects. This adaptability makes laser engraving suitable for industrial part marking applications.

Engravings created with lasers are highly durable and resistant to wear. This is particularly important for applications where markings need to remain legible over time, such as barcodes, part numbers or serial numbers on industrial components. The depth and precision of the engraving ensure that markings do not fade or wear down, providing long-lasting results.

The benefits of laser engraving include high quality and precision, increased speed and efficiency, versatility in material applications, durability of engravings, and opportunities for customization. These advantages make laser engraving the choice when it comes to traceability and aesthetic requirements.

Features:
Compact Footprint

The Spark is perfect for an area with limited space. It’s smaller size also allows for portability, and makes it easy set up in new locations.

Programmable Power Z Axis

The Spark features a programmable power Z Axis for reliable and repeatable performance. It also has an adjustable height that allows for marking parts up to 12″ tall.

Open or Enclosed Design

The Spark is offered with a cabinet (Class 1) for safe use in any environment, or and open style (Class 4) for the most flexibility.

Lower Electrical Consumption

Because of the 100% solid state design, our laser boasts an electrical efficiency of up to 15X greater than old lamp pump systems which translates into significant cost savings for the user.

Maintenance Free
No lamp, mirrors or other expensive consumables to replace. This can represent a significant cost savings over the lifetime of a typical laser engraving system.
Air Cooled

Highly efficient design allows for a laser which is air cooled. No requirement for an external water cooling system.
