Utilizing MOPA fiber laser technology, the Advantage system provides the most flexible and robust application to meet all of your engraving and marking needs. Our laser sources are teamed with a highly advanced software that allows the end user to reach the most demanding specifications, and easily mark text, graphics and more, with the use of a PC.

This benchtop design features multiple power offerings ranging from 20 – 200-watts, flexible engraving windows, and an industry leading Z-height for taller parts. In addition, the system can be configured to handle programmable X and Y slides, as well as rotary devices for round part marking. This system will provide you the Advantage you need for marking and engraving your most complex applications.

MATERIAL APPLICATION:

Most tool steels including: Beryllium, Aluminum, Gold, Silver, Titanium, etc.

Laser engraving is versatile and can be applied to a wide range of materials like metals, plastics, wood and glass.

BENEFITS OF FIBER LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving utilizes a highly focused beam of light to vaporize materials, allowing for exceptional accuracy and detail. Unlike traditional mechanical tools, which can wear down and affect engraving quality, lasers maintain consistent performance, ensuring that each engraving matches the specified design precisely. This capability is particularly beneficial for creating intricate patterns and designs that require high fidelity.

The automated nature of laser engraving allows for rapid processing of orders. Tasks that would traditionally take weeks can often be completed in just a few hours. This efficiency is due to the absence of manual tool changes and the ability to process multiple items simultaneously, making it ideal for businesses needing quick turnaround times.

Laser engraving can be performed on a wide variety of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, glass, and more. This versatility extends to different thicknesses and shapes, enabling engravings on flat surfaces as well as complex, uneven, or rounded objects. This adaptability makes laser engraving suitable for industrial part marking applications.

Engravings created with lasers are highly durable and resistant to wear. This is particularly important for applications where markings need to remain legible over time, such as barcodes, part numbers or serial numbers on industrial components. The depth and precision of the engraving ensure that markings do not fade or wear down, providing long-lasting results.

The benefits of laser engraving include high quality and precision, increased speed and efficiency, versatility in material applications, durability of engravings, and opportunities for customization. These advantages make laser engraving the choice when it comes to traceability and aesthetic requirements.
